Regeneration of the former Mansfield Brewery Site with the construction of 24 Houses and 27 Apartments (A mix of 2 and 3 bed). Works will include a new adoptable road to be constructed under a S38 agreement and all other associated infrastructure works include all hard and soft landscaping. This scheme benefits from an EPC level B rating through our clients desire to surpass the prevailing building regulations at the point of starting the site, this meant the scheme included solar panels, better windows and increased amounts of insultation.
