Reserved Matters has been granted for the erection of an extra care scheme (C2 Use Class) comprising 78 apartments and 60 bungalows with associated communal facilities, car parking and landscaping. The site is situated towards the rear of the Roman Heights development in Streethay and will be built for our new Client Sanctuary.

Client: Wrekin Housing Trust Tenure: Affordable Duration: 18 Months Location: Station Road, Newport, Wrekin, TF10 7EN Status: On Site
Working in partnership with Bloor Homes & Wrekin Housing Trust this scheme consists of an extra care facility built to our clients specification. As part of the wider Bloor Homes scheme this parcel of 1.4 acres is allocated for C2 care uses and already has an Outline planning status. We are currently working with Bloor Homes to agree our designs for our final planning application.
St Josephs House is a purpose built bespoke office designed and constructed to a high quality finish. The office reflects Keon Homes intentions to grow the team and the business whilst maintaining our high standards.
